Trey Ellis is an Executive Producer on an upcoming film on inequality in the justice system. He was the lead interviewer and an Executive Producer of King in the Wilderness. He is also an American Book Award-winning novelist, screenwriter and playwright. He wrote The Tuskegee Airmen for HBO which won a Peabody Award, an NAACP image award and was nominated for an Emmy. He is an Associate Professor in the School of the Arts at Columbia University.
